I stopped in a couple weeks back needing what I thought was a transmission overhaul, and expecting a pretty high bill. The gentleman at the counter asked a few questions and let me know I could bring it in the following wed. By Friday, they had checked everything over called me to let me know it wasn't a busted trans, though the fluid was low which contributed to my issue. The big issue was a transfer case gone bad and a leak on the transmission lines. We discussed a couple options, pricing... etc and settled on the course if action. They called to let me know where we were at, cost and time frame. I couldn't be happier with the work. They were honest with me, and priced fairly. If you need transmission work give them a call. You might pay a bit more, but you know you're getting good work and honest repairs.

Very happy with the work that McCarley Transmission did for me on 13 May 2024. I brought in my vehicle hearing some noises and rattling, so naturally thought I was about to buy a new transmission. McCarley's checked everything out and figured out it was some motor mounts and an oil change. I was skeptical at first but told them to go ahead. If you want a repair shop that actually cares and goes above and beyond to make what can be a very stressful experience seem like a walk in the park, then come here! Mrs. Laura called and checked in with us almost every day. Our new to us truck from Carvana broke down on the side of the road on base (fort Moore) and my husband had to leave it cause he was in the middle of important army stuff. We haven't had the truck for 2 months so it was covered under carvanas 100day limited warranty and also covered under the extra warranty we bought. McCarleys was an out of network shop so it was going to be a 200$ deductible but I decided the peace of mind they give was worth the money. When I say they took care of everything I mean it! I didn't have to argue once with a warranty company. They handled it all and got us back on the road! I'm so thankful for finally finding a shop that I can trust!

Took my 2016 Honda minivan in this morning. This is the only vehicle we have that can fit my whole family, so I needed it fixed fast or I would have to rent something. Took it here, with a computer and battery issue. They had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Prices were fair and service was amazing! It's nice to have somewhere to take a car to as a woman and not have to worry about them misleading you to fix something that can wait or wasn't needed. This is a trustworthy and reliable place, just do better than I did and try to schedule an appt and not drive there in a panic with fingers crossed they can help!
